· How do I order my Splux Forged Wheels?
To simplify your purchase, Splux provides two ordeing methods:

· What's the order process for a set of custom forged wheels?
Step 1: Place Your Order Select your ideal wheel model, size, and finish via our Splux website. After placing your order, our devoted sales team will contact you for verification. Step 2: Design Approval Following confirmation, we'll send you detailed 2D cross-section profile drawings, showcasing the specific concavity and lip size with the given brake clearance needed based on your requirements. Your approval of these drawings will propel us into the manufacturing phase. Step 3: Proceed to Production /Timeline * 1-piece wheels: 3 weeks * 2-piece wheels: 4 weeks * 3-piece wheels: 5 weeks * Note: Add 5 days for two-color, brushed, or polished finishes; 10 days for chrome. Step 4: Ready to Ship Once crafted, we’ll share a photo of your finished wheels. With your nod, they’re out the door and on their way to you! **Shipping Options: Standard delivery takes 3 weeks. Opt for Express Shipping to receive your wheels in just 7-9 business days for an additional $500-$900.
· What is the lead time?
Dreaming of the perfect ride? Every Splux Wheel is custom made to order. While our standard lead time is 6-8 weeks, opting for expedited service speeds this up to just 4-5 weeks. ( Email sales@spluxwheels.com for more information about the expedited service)
· Do my wheels come with center caps? What center cap options do I have?
Absolutely, each of our Splux Forged wheels includes standard flat center caps at no extra cost! Feel free to personalize the finish according to your style. Looking for more flair? Upgrade to our exclusive floating or convex caps for an additional fee ranging from $300-$600 per set.
· Will the wheels fit my OEM center caps?
Yes, it will fit perfectly! You don't need to worry about that.
· Will the wheels fit my OEM TPMS / lug nuts / bolts?
Yes, it will fit perfectly! You don't need to worry about that. By default, we design wheels to fit your car's OEM lugs/bolts.
· Can I order wheels and tires together from Splux?
At Splux Wheels, we specialize in crafting the perfect wheels for you. While we don't offer tires, choosing wheels that match your existing tire size means no extra tire purchases are necessary. Should you need a different size, simply share your wheel specifications with any tire store to find the ideal tires.
· Can I pick hidden or exposed hardwares for my 2pc/3pc wheels?
Yes! All 2pc/3pc Splux wheels can utilize assembly hardware that will be hidden or exposed.
· Do you offer custom finishes? Can i customize the color of my wheels to match my ride's body?
Yes, we proudly offer custom finishes to perfectly match your ride's body color! Let us help you achieve your unique style with our bespoke options. Please note on your order.

· What material are my wheels made of?
Our forged blanks are crafted from aerospace-grade 6061 aluminum alloy, on the same production lines of heavy machinery, high-speed rail and aircraft wheels, ensuring top-tier quality and performance.
· What forging method do you use?
Splux adopts the most advanced and mature three-step forging process to ensure product quality and provide maximum customization capability and ultimate precision.
· Is your finish a powder-coating process?
Yes! Splux offers in a vast array of powdercoated finishes. All wheels are held to the highest standards of finish quality.
· What's your warranty policy?
Each Splux Wheel set ensures a lifetime of reliable performance with a structural warranty and DOT approval, supporting your journey every mile of the way.
· Do you offer sponsorship for my ride?
Yes. We do offer a partial sponsorship/brand ambassador program available which we offer various perks and benefits to approved individuals.
